TBL Accounting Firm Names Two Additional Shareholders

Allentown, PA – TBL, Inc. is pleased to announce Monica Rabert and Ryan Hintenach as its newest shareholders of the firm, effective October 1, 2022. The announcement was made by Marnie Feinour, president of the 120-member accounting and tax services firm.

“Both Monica and Ryan have proven themselves to be highly effective leaders dedicated to TBL’s focus on excellence in all aspects of the services we provide for our clients,” Feinour said. “I am very pleased to welcome them as fellow shareholders and enthused to join our growing family of TBL team members and clients in congratulating them on their well-deserved career accomplishments.”

Monica Rabert joined TBL in 1998 shortly after graduating from Kutztown High School and her proficiencies in accounting and exceptional client service support have proven essential drivers in TBL’s growth from a small local firm into a national-class accounting and tax services provider. In her current leadership role as Accounting Manager, Ms. Rabert directs a team of five regional supervisors and oversees all accounting services for TBL clients in 47 states throughout the US.

An active volunteer in her home community, she served 14 years as secretary/ treasurer for Albany Township, and multiple terms as treasurer for two youth organizations—Kutztown High School Baseball and Rhythm in Motion Dance Booster Club.

Ryan Hintenach joined the firm in 2018 as a senior tax accountant and in 2020 was elevated to his current post as Tax Manager. A licensed Certified Public Accountant, he holds a B.A in Accounting from Moravian College, an MBA in Accounting from University of Phoenix, and a Master of Taxation from Villanova University. He is a Certified Fraud Examiner and an active member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, the Pennsylvania Society of Tax & Accounting Professionals, the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants,

In the community, Mr. Hintenach was elected to the board of the Volunteer Center of the Lehigh Valley in 2016 and has served as treasurer since 2017. He previously served as a member of the Northwest Little League Council and currently coaches youth sports with the North Bethlehem Little League and CYO basketball for Notre Dame of Bethlehem.
